About the Journal

Growth: Journal Management and Business is a peer-reviewed journal published by Lentera Ilmu Nusantara that publishes original research in management, accounting, and business. The journal welcomes contributions from academics, researchers, and practitioners that advance theoretical understanding and offer practical insights within these fields. Its scope includes human resource management, marketing management, financial management, operations management, strategic management, financial and management accounting, auditing, taxation, entrepreneurship, and digital business. The journal uses the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform and publishes two issues annually, in June and December.
