Plagiarism Policy
Growth: Journal of Management and Business upholds academic integrity and the originality of scholarly work. Therefore, every manuscript submitted to this journal will be screened for similarity using plagiarism detection tools (such as Turnitin) before proceeding to the peer-review stage.
Plagiarism Tolerance Limit
Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 25% (excluding references and properly cited direct quotations) will be returned to the authors for revision before further processing.
If substantial plagiarism is detected—including duplication of previously published work (self-plagiarism) or the appropriation of others’ work without proper attribution—the manuscript will be rejected immediately.
Definition of Plagiarism
Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to:
• Copying text, data, images, or ideas from others without proper citation.
• Republishing one’s own previously published work without acknowledging the prior publication (self-plagiarism).
• Using paraphrased or translated material from other sources without attribution.
Actions for Violations
If plagiarism is identified after publication:
• The article will be formally retracted from the journal.
• Authors may be subject to sanctions, including future submission bans, and a notification will be sent to their affiliated institutions.
